Yes, I offer both. I see clients in-person one day a week at my Seattle office and offer online sessions the other four days. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of virtual therapy, while others prefer to meet face-to-face when possible. You’re welcome to choose what feels most comfortable for you.

Yes, I am an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise Health Plan of Washington for individual sessions. If you're covered by one of these plans, your sessions may be partially or fully covered depending on your specific benefits. I’ll verify your insurance before we begin so you know exactly what to expect in terms of coverage and costs.
For couples sessions I am completely out-of-pocket pay and will not bill insurance.
If you’re with another insurance provider, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We have a 48-hour cancelation and reschedule policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so before the 48-hour window. Otherwise, we charge our full fee for late cancelations and no-shows.

My standard session fees are as follows:
Individual Therapy
Initial session (60 minutes): $200
Standard session (53 minutes): $175
Extended session (90 minutes): $225
I accept insurance for individual therapy and am happy to verify your benefits prior to our first session. Please contact me to discuss which plans I am in-network with or how I can support you with superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Couples Therapy
Initial session (90 minutes): $250
Standard session (53 minutes): $200
Extended session (90 minutes): $250
Please note: I do not bill insurance for couples therapy, as it is generally not covered by most insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service.
I accept cash, check, major credit/debit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Payments are typically collected following sessions. To make this process seamless, I securely save credit/debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards, on file and charge them after each session. I do not offer sliding scale fees at this time but am happy to discuss payment plans if needed.

I usually find myself working with both individual men and couples, whether you're brand new to therapy or have been on this path for a while.
For those who are new to therapy, it’s completely normal to feel unsure or hesitant. Many of the clients I work with are navigating therapy for the first time, and you don’t need to have all the right words or a clear direction. Therapy is a space where we can explore what’s on your mind, unpack stress or stuck points, and begin to create meaningful change — one step at a time.
I also support couples who are just beginning therapy and want to build stronger communication, connection, and shared understanding. This includes premarital counseling and support for couples making big life decisions — like moving in together, getting married, starting a family, or navigating long-term commitment. Therapy can offer a grounded, intentional space to align your values and strengthen your relationship before things get more complex.
In addition to first-timers, I also work with individuals and couples who have done ongoing or past therapy and want to continue growing. Whether you're revisiting familiar themes or exploring new territory, we can build on the work you’ve already done and go deeper together.
Wherever you're starting from, brand new or well into your journey, you're welcome here.
