Yes. I am an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise. I also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans from outside of WA (this includes carriers such as Anthem).
For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider and can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. To confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits, I encourage you to call your insurance company.

My standard private pay fees are as follows:
Couples & Family Therapy:
One-time Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $225
Standard Ongoing Sessions (53-60 minutes): $200
Extended Session (90 minutes): $285
In couples therapy, the relationship itself is the client. Insurance plans only recognize individual members, so they can't cover sessions where the couple is the focus of care. For that reason, my couples therapy services are private pay only.
Individual Therapy:
One-Time Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $200
Standard Ongoing Session (53-60 minutes): $175
Extended Session (90 minutes): $260
I accept cash, Zelle, checks, and major credit/debit cards for both individual and couples therapy. For individual therapy, I can also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. To make this process seamless, I securely save credit/debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards, on file and charge them after each session.

There is a 48-hour cancelation and reschedule policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so before the 48-hour window. Otherwise, I charge the full fee for late cancelations and no-shows.

Mostly, I listen and ask a lot of questions to understand who you are and why you are seeking therapy. I’ll ask about you, your interests, your family, what brought you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d want to be different. There isnt a right answer in therapy, just saying what you are comfortable with is the goal.

It depends on progress and what you want to gain from our work. Sometimes I see clients for years, and sometimes for weeks. I check on this regularly with my clients to see if anything needs to change for them and me.
